How can we help?

Solving Problems

Drawing BoardThis Website has been put together to allow you to look at the services and products that are on offer to you. The products shown are not our entire range but are an indication of what is available. If you cannot see the exact product or service you require, please call our sales team who will be very pleased to help you. We have been satisfying the needs of our customers by designing, manufacturing, and installing specialist handling solutions for many years and have always prided ourselves on our professionalism and our customer-friendly service. This means you will get exactly what is promised, when you are promised it. We will take the stress out of lifting and its regulations. Expert advice is always available to help make the most effective use of your budget.

Design, Manufacture & Installation

Poor design compromises safety and reduces operational efficiency. We will carry out a detailed assessment of your requirements and, following an in-depth analysis of the problem by a team of specialised and experienced engineers, we will design a material handling solution that can be manufactured and installed in the most cost effective manner possible. With one company handling design, manufacture, installation and commissioning you have a single point of contact for contract management

Servicing, Repairs & Breakdown

Regular servicing is essential to ensure that your material-handling systems remain in good working order. Our fully equipped service vans and specialised service engineers ensure a rapid response and minimal down time. And of course, we’ll be there for you if there’s an emergency. Rest assured, if it’s possible to fix the problem, we will!

Inspection & Legislation

Which items of lifting equipment should be regularly inspected? How often should they be inspected? Who is qualified to do the work? Did you know that different articles and items of lifting equipment have different legal requirements (LOLER and PUWER) on examinations and inspections? How do you know if you’re complying with current legislation? We can take full responsibility for all your inspections and documentation leaving you to get on with running your company.

Happy Hoister!!Testing & Certification

All new lifting equipment requires a declaration of conformity and requires a thorough examination. Older equipment must have a test certificate and any modifications may need to be tested to ensure safety has not been compromised. The equipment must then be subject to regular inspections throughout its working life. To comply with current legislation and to maximise safety, we will advise how frequently various items of lifting equipment should be tested. Regular testing can be accommodated within a service agreement if required.

Training

Is your workforce trained in the safe use of the lifting equipment on site? Is the training up to date? We can help here too! We can provide general training on good lifting practice, as well as product specific courses. All of our courses are run by fully trained and experienced engineers. See training section for in-depth details.
